上路

中國人忌諱談死，
西方人也一樣。

中國人對死字有很多委婉的稱呼。
上路、腿一蹬、嗚呼、賣咸鴨蛋、三長兩短(棺木)。

而英文的一個Die 字也有許多別的稱呼。
Pass away,
answer the call,
fall off the perch,
kiss the ground,
pay nature's debt,
lay down his knife and fork,
join the majority.

這些別稱把一個死字舉重若輕，
多了一分豁達，
小了一分悲情。

但本人仍然喜歡用這個死字，
簡明易懂，
深入民心。
